I very much enjoyed my session with Laura today. There was a lot that I would say I already knew but was then guided down the rabbit hole to assess and address root issues. "Preventative medicine" would be a good way to describe what took place. We do know intuitively most of the time where and when we have issues, but the way it is addressed, reinforced or verbalized and ultimately confirmed is when we take stock of our lives and what we need to do to change or improve.
